Spent many years on construction sites in London, moved backed Ireland and set up a construction business, the business was going well until the recession I then decided to go to college and upskill my knowledge of construction where I accomplished a 1.1 B.Sc. Construction Management Degree followed by 1.2. B.Sc. (Hons). Construction Management.

Now, after the years since managing projects from the smaller side through to large government contracts, M2 construction is where I and my partners have come to share our skills and passion for turning dreams into reality for people and to help them realize the full value and potential in their homes.

With over 20 years of hands-on experience in civil engineering and construction, I've worked on a wide range of projects across Jordan, the UK, the US, and Lebanon. Passionate about quality, safety and bringing a deep understanding of international building codes and best practices. I've completed training in project management, Primavera P6, and construction planning—always staying up to date with the latest in the industry.

As the founder of Ayla Construction & Contracting Co., I've led a variety of exciting and high-profile projects, from the Islamic Bank in Jordan to stylish renovations and extensions throughout London and I've taken great pride in guiding each project from concept to completion, making sure everything runs smoothly and meets the highest standards. Being fluent in Arabic has also helped in dealing with a wider range of international and local custom in our ever growing and diverse nation.

With our newest venture, M2Construction. This new chapter opens the door to fresh opportunities, innovative projects, and meaningful collaborations driven by a commitment to quality, transparency, and building strong, lasting partnerships.

Over 10 years in and around the property game makes me the freshest face to this party however, please don't let youth deceive you.

In my time, I’ve sold properties at the super-prime level and managed offices in London’s best neighborhoods. From real estate to law, tech and finance. From founding companies to working within top-tier firms.

Today, I mostly work as one of the faces for the UK’s leading specialist property financiers, combining mine and my partners knowledge to deliver real results for clients.

I love hitting the golf course, especially on the sunny days while tennis is something I’ve picked up more recently. Poker’s fun when the cards fall in my favor, and I’ve been into chess since I was a kid.

Now, it is my delight to be working directly on projects with my uncle Mike and long term friend of the family Malek, delivering real results at the grassroots level for families like ours with M2Construction with a simple promise, to only ever accept the best possible outcomes for those who trust in us.
